| Home | EAP ORIENTATION For Employees To maximize utilization of EAP services, it is important that employees fully understand how this valuable benefit works. Hearing first-hand from one of our counselors the way the service works helps demystify seeking help, and enhances the chances that employees and their families will access the services earlier. This program can be done in 30 or 45-minute presentations allowing employees to get the information they need to feel more comfortable using the EAP.
This 90-minute, in-person seminar helps
supervisors understand the benefits of referring employees to the EAP.
It also addresses the circumstances in which they should consult with
an EAP professional. Not only is it important for supervisors to know
how to identify troubled employees, but also to know how to best approach
an employee with concerns. Supervisors who understand and support the
use of EAP services create an environment that is comfortable for employees
to ask for help when needed. |
