SUPERVISOR CONSULTATION

The staff of the Mount Auburn Hospital EAP offers consultation and coaching to managers and Human Resource Departments to deal promptly and effectively with a wide variety of personnel issues.

Managers and supervisors address interpersonal and job performance issues on a daily basis. From chronic tardiness and absenteeism to lagging productivity and compliance with company policies, such concerns impact not only the individual worker, but the larger work group or work site as well.

The partnership begins with our Account Managers collaborating with your Human Resource staff to identify your policies and the specific process for supervisors to contact the EAP for assistance. When issues arise, your staff can contact the EAP to discuss concerns with any member of our professional staff. Many consultations occur completely on the telephone, but when necessary, appointments are set up to see the involved personnel in our offices or on site at your company.

Resolving workplace issues requires knowledge about your company policies and performance standards, as well as skill in interpersonal relationships. The professionals at the EAP are experienced in assessing behavioral issues and in developing solutions that meet the needs of the individual as well as the needs of the company.
