SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES

The EAP provides short-term, solution-focused counseling and referral to the most appropriate treatment for workers dealing with alcohol or substance abuse. And, the EAP works with management to create a comprehensive drug-free workplace program for the employer. The EAP provides counseling for employees and their family members around a variety of workplace and home-life issues, with the ultimate goal of maintaining employee physical and mental well being.

Alcohol and substance abuse in the workplace, if left unchecked, can wreak havoc on an employer. Alcohol and substance abusers in the workplace can be difficult to identify.
