Managers and supervisors face the day to day issues of multiple employees. The professional staff of the EAP can provide telephone consultation to assist when problems arise.

CRITICAL INCIDENT STRESS MANAGEMENT:
Our staff is experienced in working with individuals and groups following an emergency or critical incident. The EAP can also assist your company in developing strategies for preparing for a crisis and managing during a crisis.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES:
Our qualified Substance Abuse Professionals provide evaluations for substance abuse and referrals for treatment. For companies subject to DOT regulations, we can provide the required training for supervisors in alcohol and drug abuse.
