The EAP of Mount
Auburn has chosen Legal Access Plans, Inc. to meet the legal and financial
needs of the employees of our client companies. This company maintains
a national database of attorneys and financial planners who will work
with you to address your legal or financial concerns. These may be issues
that suddenly occur, or issues that require long-term 
planning.
EAP members have access to an extensive library of documents related to legal situations from making a will to buying a home, as well as information on domestic violence and civil matters.
Many of our client companies provide for additional legal services, including telephone consultation and reduced fee services. Under this benefit, you can meet with an attorney for ½ hour at no charge for an initial review of your legal issues. Thereafter, legal services are provided at a reduced rate. Check with your Human Resources Department or call us at the EAP to review your benefit level.
