| Home | CONFIDENTIALITY All information regarding the identity, personal or family information about clients is held in strict confidence by the EAP. This means that the EAP counselor cannot share any information about you or your immediate household members with anyone outside of the EAP without your verbal or written permission. In addition, no information is given out over the phone about the identity of EAP clients. No one knows that you have spoken with us unless you want them to know. This includes your family members and your employer. The only exception to this is when state or federal laws require release of information, usually for issues of individual safety. Back to Services
