The Mount Auburn Hospital Employee Assistance Program is a comprehensive, full-service EAP. Through contracts with client companies, we at the Mount Auburn Hospital EAP provide professional and confidential counseling to individual employees and their household members, as well as consultation, training and organizational development services to managers and supervisors. For over 25 years, we have dedicated ourselves to meeting the needs of local and national companies. We pride ourselves on our quick responsiveness, personal attention, and our commitment to the well being of the employees of our client companies.
About Us
| The Mount Auburn Hospital Employee Assistance Program helps individual employees and their household members resolve a wide range of personal and professional issues that impact their individual well being and job performance. The EAP believes that most problems can be successfully resolved when identified in the early stages and treated appropriately. |
This is true whether the issue is emotional or mental illness, marital or family distress, alcoholism or substance abuse, legal problems or other concerns. Whatever the issue, chances are the EAP has seen it before and has helped an individual find an appropriate resolution for it. We believe that issues are more easily resolved when shared with the appropriate people, such as the counselors at the Mount Auburn Hospital EAP.
For managers and supervisors, we provide timely and professional consultation to enhance their leadership and problem resolution skills, and promote a healthy and productive workplace.

Our main office is located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Free parking is available, and the office is easily accessible by public transportation. The office is also handicapped accessible. Our affiliated clinicians have offices throughout the region and nationwide.
